There are several of these apartments available all of which are very similar. They all benefit from lounge/diner with patio doors leading onto the terrace. The kitchen is fitted with base and wall units and has fridge/freezer, oven, 4 ring hob, washing machine and microwave. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and full ensuite bathroom as well as a small balcony. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and there is also an ensuite shower room. They all benefit aircon hot/cold, communal pool from which there are lovely views and communal street with benches to relax. There is street parking but underground parking is available at a price of €30 per month – a trastero is also available at a price of €30 per month.
